Shunya Seated Meditation Set (welted)
Shunya Seated Meditation Set (welted)
The duo set of cushion and mat is primarily designed to offer a personal meditative space, no matter where you are. For a meditator, a dedicated sitting mat holds significant importance, as it aligns with their energy and enables them to slip into deeper states of meditation.
- The seat's material and ergonomic design supports optimal posture by gently aligning the spine and pelvis. This design allows for better alignment of the chakras and reduces the risk of discomfort or pain during sessions.
- The mat offers extra padding and support for the knees and ankles, which minimizes discomfort during longer meditation sessions. This combination is ideal for seniors or those with injuries who seek comfort and ease in their practice.
- The circular design naturally draws focus inward. The larger circle of the mat evokes a feeling of centeredness and creates a sacred space around you, while the inner circle of the cushion not only supports your posture but also allows entry into a state of inner absorption.
- The welted design ensures durability and adds an aesthetic statement to the set. It creates a perfect blend of style and strength for your meditation practice.

Use & Care
Use & Care
Position the cushion and mat on a level and stable surface before use to provide a secure foundation for your practice. Achieve a pelvic tilt by sitting on the front 1/3 of the cushion to enhance balance and alignment. Allow your knees and ankles to rest gently on the mat beneath the cushion. Feel free to adjust the cushion’s position according to your unique body needs. Maintain the set's quality by storing it in a dry, cool place. For spills or minor stains, clean the linen cover with a damp cloth. Avoid saturating the fabric, and let it air dry completely before using again.
