  • We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost within 48 hours.

  • Shipping costs for replacements due to our error will be borne by us.

1.2 Exchanges for Higher-Priced Wellness Essentials
For premium products, we offer an exchange-only policy within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and packaging is intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a product defect or error on our part.

1.4 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene, safety, and fairness:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Undelivered or Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address, refusal of delivery), the following applies:

  • A refund will be issued for the product value only.

  • Original shipping fees and any courier Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges incurred are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

  • To avoid RTO situations, please ensure your delivery details are accurate and you are reachable at the time of delivery.

  • If you believe an RTO was caused by courier error, please contact us promptly via email or WhatsApp for investigation and assistance.

3. International Orders
Due to logistical complexities:

  • We do not accept returns for international shipments except for damaged or defective items.

  • In such cases, please notify us within 7 days with photos by email or WhatsApp.

  • Depending on the case, we may offer a store credit or partial refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are paid upfront and are non-refundable, except in rare cases where we are at fault.

  • If a package is lost or delayed due to courier failure, we will assist reasonably but cannot guarantee compensation beyond replacement or refund of product value.
