Create a safe and dark environment for your Trataka practice. Position your stand on a level floor, away from flammable objects. Set your intention for the session as you place a 1.5" tealight candle in the copper holder, ensuring it sits centered for safety. Sit comfortably in your chosen pose, approximately 2-3 feet from the stand, with the candle wick at eye level. Light the candle when ready, allowing your gaze to soften and your mind to align with your intention. When not in use, the stand serves as an elegant decor piece in your wellness space.
